We believe very strongly in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. Every unit is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exacting specifications.

All Mypurmist inhalers comes with a standard one-year warranty. Follow the manual and you are covered. We want you to breathe again!

For ultrapure inhalers we offer a FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY with a subscription to our ultrapure sterile water within 90 days of device purchase.

For our ultrapure inhalers you can also register and upgrade to two-year warranty at no additional cost.

To register email us at care@mypurmist.com and provide the following:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase (store name or online store name)
  • Serial number (found on bottom of device)
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Address
  • Please attach a picture, PDF or email of your purchase receipt to this email.

We recommend always using Mypurmist ultrapure sterile water. 

With MyPurMist Classic, you can also use distilled water that can be purchased at any local store and still maintain the warranty. This will still provide you germ free mist but will not have the purity, removal of airborne allergens or provide quite the longevity of your device.

If a warranty claim is valid, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you, including FREE shipping within Canada.

WARNING: Using any additives in the water reservoir, any other liquid, medication or water with minerals (e.g. bottled, purified or boiled water) will quickly damage the device and will void the warranty.

Note: Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer will be verified to validate the warranty.

If after using Mypurmist for at least 30 days and no more than 60 days, you are not 100% satisfied with your mypurmist device, we will refund the full product price, and provide a return label for you to ship it back to us at no cost to you.

Simply email us at care@mypurmist.com and we will set you up for a return and provide an RA number in 1-2 business days.

Triple Guarantee ONLY applies to purchases made directly through Mypurmist.com and for any Mypurmist device. 

Please note that we do not accept the return of or offer refunds for:

  • Products purchased from a third party retailer (store or online). Immediate refund may be available by returning your product to the original place of purchase. Return Policy of that particular retailer will apply.
  • Any accessories that have been opened.
  • Mypurmist devices purchased more than 60 days prior unless specific specials extended this period.
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
  • Shipping charges or return labels for accessories.

Shipping policy

Our aim is to ship within 1 business day from date of order:

  • Standard (ground) delivery is sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and will typically take 3-8 business days from date of order. Shipping to Post Boxes may take longer.
  • Orders placed prior to 1 PM EST business days will be shipped same day. Orders after 1 PM EST, weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  • If you choose expedited shipping, your order will ship via Canada Post Xpresspost service, and arrive in 2-3 business days from the day it is shipped from our warehouse.

Other Shipping Rates

  • Orders of total value less than C$30.00 will incur C$5.95 shipping charge
  • Expedited shipping will incur an additional C$10.00 charge

Authorized retailers

At Mypurmist, we created a handheld steam inhaler unlike any other on the market to help you breathe better. To ensure your Mypurmist products are authentic, please purchase through one of our authorized brick-and-mortar or online retailers

Mypurmist warranties are only valid when products are purchased from an authorized retailer. Please be aware that if you purchase from a retailer not listed as authorized the product(s) may be an older model, used, or counterfeit. They may not be safe to use or perform as tested and Mypurmist will not take any responsibility for the purchaser's dissatisfaction. Our warranty policy will not be honored if the purchase is from an unauthorized seller. 
Returns will always need to be made back to the retailer from whom the purchase was made (including authorized retailers). Our Triple Guarantee is valid for product purchased directly from Mypurmist only.
